DEPICTING

This looks like a presentation of some sort, possibly the retirement
of one of the workers in the group on the left-hand side. In that group
can be seen (far-left) what looks like a photographer whilst, to the
right-hand side, are the senior officals standing behind a table.
There is a largeish package on the table, wrapped in paper and tied
with string. In the background is a lorry for emptying the drains, beyond
which is a Vauxhall Victor, and then buildings including a tall chimney.
