MG This undated but modern origin real photo postcard and I believe an award winner when taken in 2001 and shows a scene from Krasnoyarsk when a National Holiday Parade took place with children all in magnificent costume and dress (I have listed circus as the outfits are like ringmasters) and with balloons too with the children not taking part but spectators looking uneasy which this photographic conflict creates a underlying theme of celebration hiding inner fear making it unique which reverse has the photographer and its date location identification etc unused and pristine condition
