whilst, behind them is a massive pile of bricks. Civic dignitaries
and other guests gather on the staging in the background.
So, what was the occasion, and where/when was it?
I understand that William Henry Grigg, born 1874, was a Master Builder, and
in 1903 was living at 14 Worthington Street, Dover
In this day and age, it all looks like a "how not to do it" for a Health & Safety Conference presentation!
