Smartly dressed school children pay attention to the proceedings taking place
in front of them - this was Flag Raising Day, on Tuesday, 16th July 1907 when
the Mayoress, Mrs. Raggett, hosted the proceedings. A full account was noted
in the Dover Express, the following Friday.
