Velvet look. The cape is of a Victoriana style Lady of the manor style.
The cape is mainly of the velvet fabric which finishes in a point to the front
Finishing off with a Stunning 5.5" deep flower pattern open work lace to the hem line.
Stand up scalloped neck line with shiny sequins detail. Hook fastening to the back neck line
