John Yates & Sons Birmingham Small Silver Plated Ladle Spoon

Nice vintage silver plated small ladle spoon. Made by John Yates & Sons of Birmingham. I'm not sure of the date but the firm has been shown working in Pritchet Street, Birmingham in the 1850's and they were still producing items in the early 1900's. There is a little general wear and one small patch where the plate has worn on the base, please see photo.
