James Callis RARE Film Cell Clip Battlestar Galactica Trade Card

TC3   I can only relay exactly what I am seeing which is a trade card approx 3" x 2" and in the middle is what appears a piece of film cell (or has that effect) showing James Callis as a portrait when held to the light. (it wont scan with my scanner so you cannot see it to examine).  It has the materials of a film cell and surely is, but maybe someone with knowledge can identify this souvenir for me.  I've searched google and I cant find another faturing James Callis and its an official souvenir (copyrighted on reverse) so someone with more knowledge can really real the rewards.  It would seem called a film clip card and it is in absolute mint condition.
