Many thanks for choosing to purchase from Worldwide Philatelics ~ we try to describe our items as accurately as possible but if you are disappointed when your purchase arrives then please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve any issues.  Returns are not generally accepted unless the item is not as described in our listing.

POSTAGE & PACKING

We are always happy to combine shipping costs on items finishing within 7 days.  Please note however that if the value exceeds £20 postage will increase as a tracked form of postage is required.  Up to 4 covers will usually go through as letter – more than that and it is likely to be large letter.  Please await an invoice with combined postage shown.

The price charged for postage and packing is exactly that ~ as well as the actual postage cost, there is the cost of packing materials and the time spent in packing the order and visiting the post office.

We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of cleared payment.  We always obtain proof of posting, unless a tracked option is chosen.

PAYMENTS/FEEDBACK

Please only bid if you really want the item.  Should you be the winning bidder, you have entered a legally binding agreement to purchase the item. 

Prompt payment would be appreciated ~ non paying bidders will be reported.

We only despatch to the buyers verified address.

We accept online payments via Paypal.  Please be aware that if you pay using E-Cheque, it can take up to 11 days to clear and goods not sent until funds clear.
