Published by Valentine & Sons Ltd, Dundee & London, Valentine's Series, not numbered.
Postally used on 28 September 1904 with squared circle Prince Rock cancellation on green halfpenny stamp, stamp partly removed, and sent to Miss Phoebe Johns, North Country, near Redruth.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, a few small marks to top right corner and some damage where stamp has been partly removed.
