Original 10 inch x 8 inch Black and White Portrait of COLEEN GRAY in the 1955 Joseph M. Newman Crime Drama I'LL GET YOU FOR THIS (LUCKY NICK CAIN) based on the novel by James Hadley Chase.
Coleen Gray (1922 - 2015) was born in Staplehurst, Nebraska of Danish descent. She became active in college dramatics at Hamline University and appeared with various little theatres before breaking into films in the mid-1940s. She has played competent leads in many Hollywood productions, mostly in crime dramas such as Stanley Kubrick’s ‘The Killing’ !956), Westerns such as ‘Red River’, and action pictures. She co-starred in the TV series ‘Window on Main Street’ (1961-1962).
The portrait is in very good condition with minor surface marks and captions tacked to the reverse
