Seller's Description
Monochrome real photographic postcard showing a view of the Hotel Plaža Zelenika on the coast at Zelenika in Herceg Novi in Yugoslavia, now Montenegro.
Published by Foto Laforest, Hercegnovi, not numbered.
Postally used on 19 July 1939 with Zelenika cancellation on two carmine brown 1D stamps and sent to Kiss János, II Kandó Kálmán, Budapest, Magyarország. This could possibly be the János Kiss who was the leader of the Hungarian Committee for Liberation and National Uprising (Magyar Nemzeti Felkelés Felszabadító Bizottságaexe) and who was executed by the pro-Nazi secret police in 1944 as he did have links with the Yugoslavian anti-fascist resistance at a later date.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps.
