8" x 6" black and white. Excellent condition.
The caption reads "Five year old TELEPROMPTER, with Tony Ives up, sired by Welsh Pageant out of Cuija. The bay gelding, owned by Lord Derby and trained by Bill Watts at Richmond, North Yorkshire, won the Budweiser Arlington Million in Chicago last year."
Dated August 22nd 1986, press stamp on reverse.
TELEPROMPTER was one of the most successful geldings ever to race on the flat and a great favourite in the north of England.
