8" x 6" black and white. Good condition.
The caption reads "Five year old bay horse ASIR in jumping form with amateur jockey Mr R. J. Beggan in the saddle. Owned by Prince Yazid Saud and Mr Saleh Al Homeizi, the national hunter is trained by Paul Kelleway at Newmarket. Sired by High Top out of Twelve O'Clock."
Dated April 9th 1985, press stamp on reverse.
Asir won the Novices' Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
