PFAS72a A very rare opportunity to secure this vintage 5.5" x 3" hand signed souvenir page of Harry Wragg where his autograph rests perfectly accompanying his picture in very good condition with great character and the signing dated 1942 so wartime . (on reverse is autograph for John Snagge of The War Report BBC Radio with picture accompanying of him broadcasting when signed as bonus WW2 themed listing extra - see image 2).
Harry Wragg was a British jockey and racehorse trainer, who gained the nickname "The Head Waiter" due to his "come from behind" riding style. In a 27-year riding career, Wragg rode over 1700 winners in Britain and Ireland, including three victories in The Derby and ten in other British Classic Races.
