• All our prices are inclusive of vat. We provide receipt with vat number with every order. Full vat invoice can be provided upon request.

• Once you place the order, you are binding into legal contract, so do not buy or bid if you do not intend to complete the purchase. We will pursue all unpaid charges and fees after 7 days of the payment not being received.

• We accept PayPal only as a form of payment.

• If you would like to cancel an order please contact us through messages. If the item has not been dispatched we will refund and cancel the order.

• We aim to process and dispatch your item within one working day (Monday-Friday) from receiving cleared payment. Cut off time for process your delivery is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday and orders placed on the weekend and on bank holidays will be dispatched the following working day.

• We only ship to the address supplied by . If you would like to ship to different address please update your account. We will not ship to any other address under any circumstances.

• We put our trust in Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Collect+ as the most reliable services. By buying from us you accept all terms and conditions of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and Collect+ which can be viewed on websites of these companies.

• If you missed the delivery our couriers will always leave a card with the contact details to arrange collection from a local depot. The item will be held in a local depot for five days waiting for your collection. Do not disregard the card left by our couriers, contact them straight away as you will receive the card. Please note: our couriers always leave a card with the contact details.

• Most parcels are normally delivered between 1-5 working days, depends which service you choose from the listing. International deliveries can take up to 10 days for European Union and between 10 to 30 days to other part of the world

• We are sure that you will be fully satisfied with our products. If you would like to return your item, do not hesitate to contact us. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery receipt. Items must be in an unused condition, in original undamaged package/box. Clients cover return postage and package costs. We will not be held responsible for the method of postage used to return the goods or the payment of the transit back to us.
• For the items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 7 days by e-mail through only. The item needs to be returned to us within 30 days. We will only cover your return postage cost if agreed prior to returning the goods, usually for the same service as we used to ship the item to you, not a higher cost.
  

• When an item is returned to us from our couriers because it was undelivered due to lack of communication between client and courier after they left a card after attempt to deliver the item, we will resend the item when payment for the full delivery is made. Our special offers (e.g free shipping) does not apply to redelivered goods.

• If the wrong item is received, the item must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we will send the correct item and also refund the minimal postage cost that are required to return the parcel to us ( usually the same shipping service up to the cost which you paid us) We cannot refund incorrectly supplied goods if they are not returned in a resalable condition, with the original packaging. Customers are urged to check deliveries upon receipt.
