Publisher not stated, not numbered.
Postally used on 24 September 1904 with double circle Exeter cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss Blanche Loughland, 328 Ladbroke Grove, North Kensington, London.
Fairly good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but crease to top left corner and scuff and small 5mm tear to centre of left edge.
