Seller's Description
An unusual sepia real photographic postcard showing a view of a couple walking through an alpine village. The signpost or fingerpost at the end of the lane reads Bäckerei in one direction, and Boulangerie in the other, suggesting that the photo may have been taken in Switzerland. The mountains in the background would support this. The card, however, has Autriche pencilled lightly at the top. It is though likely that the card itself was produced in England, probably in Devon as all the generic lettering on the back is in English.
