Original British 17 inch x 10 3/4 inch 8 Page illustrated Campaign Book for the 1954 Anthony Mann Music Biography THE GLENN MILLER STORY starring James Stewart, June Allyson, Charles Drake, George Tobias, Harry Morgan, Frances Langford, Barton MacLane, Sig Ruman, Louis Armstrong, Gene Krupa, Ben Pollack, Steve Pendleton, The Modernaires, The Archie Savage Dancers, Barney Bigard, James Young, Marty Napoleon, Cozy Cole and Lionel Hampton.
Glenn Miller (James Stewart) is a poor trombone player with dreams of fame. Eventually, through years of hard work and determination, he is able to start his own band, and they become one of the most successful groups of the big-band era. With a beautiful wife (June Allyson) and one of the biggest songs in America, "Moonlight Serenade," Miller has it all. But at the onset of World War II, Miller enlists, giving up his fame and success to help entertain the troops stationed in Europe.
The campaign book is in good to very good condition with separation down the spine and a few minor edge nicks.
