Hallmarked for Newcastle with the 3 turrets, sterling silver with the lion passant and George III bust (duty paid),dating between 1800-1818.

Makers mark is CR for the very renown and collectable Christian Ker Reid, the founder of the also renown Reid & Son's company.

Measure approximately 13 cm and weigh a lovely 70.7 grams combined.

A stunning and extremely rare collectable complete set of six Georgian teaspoons that are absolutely gorgeous. The very renown Silversmith's Reid & Son's were established by Christian Ker Reid in Newcastle in 1778 and have such great esteem as to having commission's that include the FA Cup, Rugby League Trophy and OBE Ernest Shackelton's chronometer for his polar expeditions. initials E over J.M to the ends.Great for collectors or enthusiasts alike and would grace any tea service.
