Fully hallmarked with the Georgian duty mark, lion passant for sterling silver/925 and date letter (D) circa 1799 (assayed in London).

Makers mark PB over AB for Peter and Ann Bateman.

Measure approximately 14.5 cm x 1.5 cm (widest width) and weighs a lovely 31.6 grams.
