Label says "36W 29L", but by my measurements, they are:-
Waist 38"
(They are also slightly elasticated, so could stretch up to 40")
Leg 28.5"
Hem approx 10" across
Zip Fly
100% cottton
Used, with some signs of wear, a couple of loose threads and the pockets are a bit thin and bobbly, but generally in Good Condition.

(From a pet free/smoke free home, but these have been in storage for a while, so have marks and creases, that need washing and ironing).
