By my measurements, they are:-

Inside Leg - 31"
Ankle Hem - 8" across
Button Fastening with Zip Fly
'Used', with some signs of wear, and 'bobbly pockets' but Generally in Good Condition.
(From a pet free/smoke free home, but these have been in storage for a while, so have marks and creases, that need washing and ironing).
