Printed colour postcard showing an illustration by W.G. Addison of the gateway and steps of Capel Manor at Horsmonden in Kent, the seat of the Austen family.
Published by Raphael Tuck & Sons, London, Oilette, The Gardens of Kent Series, No 6237, c.1905-10.
Postally used on 13 September 1904 with duplex G84 Cranbrook cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss M. Hulton, Oakfield House, Ashton on Mersey, Cheshire.
Good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but tiny knock to bottom right corner.
