Original 10 inch x 8 inch Black and White Portrait of singer MARION HARRIS JR. in the 1951 Henry Cornelius Comedy THE GALLOPING MAJOR.
Daughter of Marion Harris an American popular singer, most successful in the 1920s who was the first widely known white singer to sing jazz and blues songs
The portrait is by Harold Hanscomb. His stamp is on the reverse.
The portrait is in very good condition apart from some minor surface marks and captions taped to the reverse.
