Seller's Description
Original 10 inch x 8 inch Black and White Still of JANETTE SCOTT in the 1951 Henry Cornelius Comedy THE GALLOPING MAJOR, based on a story by Basil Radford.
A local community club together to buy a racehorse, but they are sold the wrong animal, and find it’s a hopeless runner.
The still is attributed to Harold Hanscomb. His stamp is on the reverse of several stills from this film.
The still is in very good condition with slight surface marks and a small crease in both bottom corners and a synopsis and credit list taped to the reverse.
