This DVD has a variety of flow yoga routines and Rodney Yee does a great job describing where to put your attention during each pose so you get them pretty close to "right". it definitely doesn't replace having a live instructor who can correct what you are doing on the spot - and for yoga, to get the right health effects and workout, this is pretty important--but for the person who is willing to pay attention to the details and pay attention to their own form, this is a second best option. The Yoga Burn track is perfect to stretch and elongate my muscles before running or other training. The Power Yoga track has more of a strength and toning set of poses and gets my heart rate up a little more consistently as the poses flow one to the next. Rodney keeps the communication down to just what you need to be guided in the moves and not a lot of spiritual/evaluative mumbo jumbo. The level of difficulty is good for beginner and seasoned yoga practitioner alike as long as you watch your form.
