Atlas E-Z Seal Blue Fruit Jar Quart c.1900-1930
Blue glass Atlas E-Z Seal fruit jar, made between 1900 and 1930. Because there are quite a few air bubbles in the glass, I think this is an early one.
Manufactured by the Hazel-Atlas Glass Company.
In excellent condition. The surface is unblemished, there no scratches, chips or cracks.
The rim and base are smooth.
The lid looks clear in the pictures, but blue when viewed from the side. I couldn't get a picture that shows the color.
7¼ inches tall, 3¾ inches diameter at the base
One quart size
Embossed on the side "Atlas E-Z Seal"
Embossed on the bottom "ATLAS TRADEMARK REC." in a circle, "6 E-Z SEAL" in the center
The wire rim is rusty, but intact with no bends
The shipping charge includes insurance
