How FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor works?

The FreeStyle Libre 2 Sensor is designed to be positioned on the back of your upper arm. The FreeStyle Libre Reader (sold separately) is placed over the sensor to get a reading from it. It uses a straightforward connection to validate the reading, much like how a contactless credit or debit card works. It also functions well while being covered by clothing.
