We are the parts side of the Mr Injector UK business, supplying fuel injector rebuild kits worldwide.

All of our kits are assembled in the UK.

Our kits fit perfectly, this is because they are injector specific and NOT universal kits.

The seals are exacting in grade of Viton for your injector; 70-90 Shore rated.

Mr Injector UK services a wide range of petrol injectors - standard port, high pressure (GDI, FSI, etc), Siemens / Bosch Piezo, side feed, K Jetronic, air-assisted, hose to rail injectors from the 1960s onwards (including seized injectors) and cold start injectors. Seal Kit 16

 For Ford Sierra Cosworth with Bosch injectors requiring the pintle cap as shown. If you have another cap, please message us as we have another kit containing a shallower cap.

This contains all the parts needed to replace your injectors back into the vehicle. All parts are of the highest quality; Viton seals and exacting pintle caps and filters.

If you have Weber injectors, you will need a different kit - please ask and we'll gladly help.

Seal Kit 16 for 4 cylinders, contained are:

8 x Viton top and bottom 14.5mm seals

4 x filter baskets

4 x spacers

4 x open-ended pintle caps

These are exacting components tried and tested, manufactured for Mr Injector UK.

They are equal to or exceed the original specification of the item fitted to your injectors.
