I bought this around 2003. It's unused and in the plastic bag that it came in. This is a printed original copy of a very retro design with 3 neckline options (see the 3 drawings on the front of the envelope. The back view and details are shown onthe back of the envelope. I've scanned all the details and full instructions are included.
Note that this is a large pattern envelope - 23 cm x 29cm.
