Sizes: Women 6 - 16; Men 36 - 44" chest
I bought this around 2003 directly from Folkwear in the USA. It's unused and unopened in the plastic bag that it came in. This is a printed copy of 3 vests. Views A and B were for men but have been resized for women also. View C is the shorter women's vest. I've scanned all the details.
Note that this is a large pattern envelope - 23 cm x 29cm.
