I bought this around 2003. It's unused and in the plastic bag that it came in. This is a printed original copy of a summer 1912 design. View B shows the original design and view A shows Folkwear's contemporary interpretation. I've scanned all the details and full instructions are included.
Note that this is a large pattern envelope - 23 cm x 29cm.
