I bought this second hand. It's uncut but the front and back of the envelope have been cropped. This is a printed original copy of the Folkwear design, a homage to the romantic poets... I've scanned all the details and full instructions are included.
Note that this is a large pattern envelope - 23 cm x 29cm.
