Size Women's 6 - 16, Mens - 34 - 44.
I bought this around 2003 directly from Folkwear in the USA. It's unused and unopened in the plastic bag that it came in. This is a printed copy of the two middies and the women's pleated skirt. I've scanned all the details.
Note that this is a large pattern envelope - 23 cm x 29cm.
