I bought this second hand for use in an amateur dramatic performance. It's uncut but the envelope is tatty. This is a printed original copy of the Folkwear design. The back view and details are shown on the back of the envelope. I've scanned all the details and full instructions are included.
Note that this is a large pattern envelope - 23 cm x 29cm.
