First Day of Issue of the Declaration of Independence stamps.

The cover sports a label with the official logo of the Wyoming Bicentennial Commission. It is stamped with two of the Declaration of Independence stamps (Scott #'s 1693 - 1694), the Francis Scott Key stamp (Scott #962), and the Wyoming Statehood 50th Anniversary stamp (Scott #897).
