This is a first day cover issued to commemorate James Ward a pioneer in Canada. The envelope shows a picture of the clock tower and part of the chancel wall in Peel Square.. The envelope is franked 10 Jun 1979, Douglas - I.O.Man. There is an insert in the envelope giving some information about James Kewley and also the technical details about the stamps. Both envelope and insert look to be in nice condition.
