Oxford Children's Library No.28,1962. First thus. Red cloth boards in pictorial dustwrapper by William Stobbs; 176pp; b/w ills by E.H.Shepard.
Good/VG: Previous owner details to half of front pastedown and again in large blocked lettering to front endpaper; occasional foxing to outer page edges; occasional dog-eared corner and small tears to page edges; one leaf has missing corner tip. Price-clipped dustwrapper has light edgewear and tiny nicks to head of spine.
From the play of the same name, based on the Cinderella story, by Eleanor and Herbert Farjeon. [320: F2]
