Publisher not stated, not numbered.

Postally used on 18 April 1904 with double circle Sheffield cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to H.P. Lewis Esq, c/o Mr H. Turner, 80 James Street, Masbrough, Rotherham.

Fairly good condition, with some corner wear, but small crease to bottom left corner and two small 5-10mm tears and small crease to top edge.
