Seller's Description
Family Harold Embroidery Transfers Pattern Design 536 Old Time Automobiles
> Family Harold Design 536 New Multi-Stamp Transfer Pattern in original Mail Order envelope from 1967. There are two sheets in the envelope. The first sheet contains 6 multi stamp patterns each of which is approximately 7 inches wide X 6 inches high. The second sheet contains the same 6 patterns (not transfers) but with colour coding numbers printed on them. (See pictures).
From the stamp sheet (part of the instructions):
NEW MULTI-STAMP TRANSFER PATTERN
536 - This pattern (complete in 2 sheets) contains directions, color charts and transfers for making two panels of old-time autos. Use linen or closely-woven cotton fabric for panels; six-strand cotton for embroidery.
STAMPING DIRECTIONS
Cut embroidery transfers (which can be stamped several times) from pattern. Put clean fabric or paper over ironing board to prevent color from going on board. Lay your fabric (after it has been washed, over this. Pin each transfer securely to center of fabric, printed side down. Set iron between SYNTHETIC and WOOL. Test heat of iron on "Trial". Put iron on transfers; press down hard, then pick it up. DO NOT IRON BACK AND FORTH OVER TRANSFERS - THIS SMUDGES STAMPING. You may notice faint shadows of prints on paper near transfers; THEY DO NOT TRANSFER AT ALL. This color ink does not stamp on black or dark fabrics. If stamping on a black or dark fabric is desired, trace design onto fabric, using white carbon paper.
MATERIAL REQUIREMENTS:
7/8 yard of 36" fabric; two narrow frames 13" X 26" (inside measurement); heavy brown paper to fit back of frames; cardboard to fit frames loosely; six-strand embroidery cotton in colors listed under Color Key. If larger frames are used, mount the panels with mats.

Don't you just hate it when you buy a pattern and there is a piece missing, or some pieces are cut to a smaller size then listed or worse yet some of the enclosed pieces are not even for the pattern you bought?
I have seen this with some of the patterns that I buy or that are given to me to sell.
That is why I take the time to inventory every piece of the pattern. I give you an accurate list of what is in the package, no surprises. Also, whenever possible, I show pictures of the front & rear of the pattern envelope, the Cutting guide and the size chart. The suggested materials and notion lists are also supplied in my listings.
Please Note that I ship patterns via letter mail, in a plain envelope and the listed postage is for that method.
