The set includes 1 penny type Bb (see online page coins-of-the-uk.co.uk/dec1.html of comprehensive catalog "Coins of England and Great Britain" by Tony Clayton). The coins 10 pence and 1 pound 1998 were issued in sets only and cannot be obtained from circulation. Thus, its small mintage (just 96192 sets) makes this issue rare.
