EMS was an international courier service run by government post office systems in a number of countries, to compete with private couriers. This waybill covered an envelopoe of documents sent from Bangkok 10110 to Llangovan, Wales, NP5 4BU. CDS postmark makes it hard to pinpoint the date as the Thai calendar is different from the SI calendar used in most countries. Date reads " -9. -1. 45", which I believe translates to 9 Jan. 2002, as written in the box at lower centre. Possibly of interest to students of Thai/British postal history.
