VFW This is a rarely found undated but modern published postcard from the American Library Of Congress featuring Elizabeth Smith Miller (1822 to 1911) who was a suffragist and dress reform advocate. She is shown on the postcard in a costume of her own design in 1951 which was popularized in Amelia Bloomers Newspaper The Lily and which lead to the Suffragette Trousers - the Bloomers - born which the reverse has her history in the suffragette movement and how she lead to the birth of the Bloomers fully detailed on reverse unused and mint
