Original British 17 inch x 22 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1936 Herbert Mason Romantic Drama EAST MEETS WEST, adapted from the play “The Lake of Life” by Edwin Greenwood and starring George Arliss, Lucie Mannheim, Godfrey Tearle, Romney Brent, Ballard Berkeley, Ronald Ward, Norma Varden, John Laurie, O.B. Clarence, Eliot Makeham, Peter Gawthorne, Ralph Truman and Patrick Barr.
Sultan Arliss is aghast to learn of his son’s relationship with the wife of a criminal.
The Advertisement is in very good condition with a vertical centre fold with a few tiny staple holes along it.
