Dunedin Auckland New Zealand Franking Machine 1905 Two Postmark s

z30  Two antique postmarks both showing the very earliest examples of Non Slogan or Blank Slogan postmarks from Auckland Machines - the first showing the "date stamp" originally being rectangular had the pressure roller grooved to make it near impossible for any ink off set and the second was a Dunedin machine (the darker colour) which was instantly recalled so examples are rare - it was revised and then put back to commission in Dunedin in 1905 - both are with some aging but very good used condition
