Seller's Description

Original 1957 British 11 inch x 8 1/2 inch Double-Sided Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1956 Fred F. Sears Musical DON’T KNOCK THE ROCK, starring Bill Haley and the Comets, Alan Dale, Alan Freed, The Treniers, Little Richard, Dave Appell and His Applejacks.

A disc jockey tries to prove to teenagers' parents that rock 'n' roll is harmless and won't turn their kids into juvenile delinquents.

On the reverse is the 1956 Raoul Walsh Western KING AND FOUR QUEENS, based on the novel by Margaret Fitts and starring Clark Gable, Eleanor Parker, Barbara Nichols, Jean Willes, Sara Shane, Jay C. Flippen and Jo Van Fleet.

Opportunistic con man Dan Kehoe ingratiates himself with the cantankerous mother of four outlaws and their beautiful widows in order to find their hidden gold.

The Trade Advert is in good to very good condition with light vertical creasing.
