Original 1949 British 11 inch x 8 3/8 inch Double-Sided Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1948 Derwin Abrahams Charlie Chan Mystery DOCKS OF NEW ORLEANS, based on characters created by Earl Derr Biggers and starring James Roland Winters, Virginia Dale, Mantan Moreland, John Gallaudet and Victor Sen Yung.
After the partners in the LaFontaine Chemical Co. sign a legal agreement leaving their share to the surviving partner(s), two of them are murdered.
On the reverse is the 1948 Michael Gordon Romantic Drama ANOTHER PART OF THE FOREST, based on the play by Lillian Hellman and starring Fredric March, Dan Duryea, Edmond O'Brien, Ann Blyth, Florence Eldridge, John Dall and Dona Drake.
Set in the fictional town of Bowden, Alabama in June 1880, the plot focuses on the wealthy, ruthless, and innately evil Hubbard family and their rise to prominence.
The Trade Advert is in very good condition.
