Deutsche Stadtbevolkerung Gartnerischen Gardening WW1 German Postcard

bg878 Antique postcard from a military WW1 collection but I know little about this card other than google states it a painting from 1916 this would seem published close to this date and it translates to German urban gardening construction perhaps rebuilding after bomb damage during the war ( I can see a uniformed surely soldier guiding people in the postcard) and a fine antique colour souvenir unused in mostly great condition. Please see all my other postcards from this same collection (many sent from German camps by soldiers).
