DEAN'S LIMITED EDITION Jigsaw Puzzle
Limited Edition bears from Dean's 2004 range feature in this special edition of 1250 jigsaws.
The dean's Rag book Company Ltd was formed in London, england in 1903 by executives of the book publisher; Dean & son. The Company initially produced printed rag books, rag dolls, photograph and postcard albums. Dean's soon became one of the major companies in the burgeoning toy industry. The first recorded Teddy Bear was in Dean's Kuddlemee catalogue in 1915. Dean's created their own character, Dismal desmond in 1926 and Micky Mouse was another 'first' in 1930. Doll's. dogs and rag books made Dean's very popular in the inter-war years. In 1955, Dean's moved to Rye in Sussex and in 1972, merged with Gewntoys in Pontypool. dean's have been guided by Neil and Barbara Miller over the past 15 years to become one of the most innovative Teddy Beasr manufacturers in the world.
