The sheriff of a sleepy Massachusetts town investigates a female valedictorian's connection to a missing athlete. Renata Deveroux is a small town girl with big time problems. Always the butt of vicious jokes, she's pushed to the breaking point and decides enough is enough. Someone must pay for what they've done. Her own prank on a brutal jock turns shockingly fatal.
